This is an amazing boating location! Our cove is quiet and well protected. The dock can accomodate up to a 30' power boat and has water and electricity. There is a boat ramp within walking distance from the house available to island guests and residents. Point Judith Pond is perfect for exploring, fishing, sailing, tubing and waterskiing. All maritime amenites are available on the pond -- fuel, services, marine supplies, bait, and resturants with docks and outdoor seating.
